That company is THQ. Sure there are other developers developing wrestling games (Electronic Arts just to name one) but no other company has been successful enough to beat THQ as the best wrestling game makers in the business. With popular titles such as WCW/nWo World Tour, WCW/nWo Revenge, WWF Wrestlemania 2000, WWF No Mercy, WWF Smackdown, WWF Smackdown 2, and WWF Smackdown 3, THQ are the best there is. THQ's latest attempt at another killer wrestling game is WWF Wrestlemania X8. Wrestlemania differs from other past titles, focusing more on simulation, momentum shift, and reversals than any other game. It also features the most range of grapplers available in any wrestling game to date. Combine that with an awesome grappling system, plenty of game modes and you have yourself a great game.
